Useful Information

Sessions cost £125 for couples and £110 for individuals, for 50 minutes. I work from Cambridge City Centre or via zoom. You can book and pay for a session HERE or feel free to drop me a line with any questions or to set up an introductory call.

Therapy or Coaching?

Coaching works best for well defined problems. While there is some cross-over with therapy, coaching is focussed more on attaining goals than alleviating distress. Recent meta-analysis suggests it is a very effective method of achieving change.

How Long Does Therapy Last?

Sessions are 50 minutes (double sessions are an option too). Some people come weekly, others fortnightly. Some issues respond well to short-term strategies. Others are more complex and take time to address. We can discuss what's best for you.

Online or In-Person?

Emerging evidence suggests online sessions are every bit as effective as in-person therapy and coaching. The choice depends on practicalities and your personal preference. I see approximately half of clients online.
